pandan chiffon



 

蛋白5
sugar 60g
cream of tartar1/4 tsp
(打至硬性发炮)

egg yolk 5
sugar25g
salt1/4tsp(和sugar加在一起)
corn oil 40g
cake flour100g
pandan juice 70g
(一般戚风的做法)



 *放入烤炉底层,150-160度先用下火25分钟,再改上下火20分钟至熟(温度,时间只供参考,还是要视个人烤炉而定),出炉倒扣至凉或不烫手的温度,就可以了
