cheddar cheese cake

(6inch)
                                                        Ingredients
egg white-3 
egg yolk-3
sugar-50g
cream of tartar-1/4 tsp
cheddar cheese-3slice
milk-50ml
butter-50g
cake flour-50g


~To separate the egg white & egg yolk
~ cheddar cheese butter milk boiled dissolved

~add the egg yolk into cheese paste
~Sifted cake flour into the batter, stir, spare
~Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy and then add in sugar and beat till stiff.
~Fold in half of the egg whites into the mixture and mix well.
Then add in the other half and mix them evenly.

~ Fill the mixture into the 6 inch pan. 
~steam bake 150c 45minutes
