mango yogurt cake

 (7 inch)

A.
egg white4
sugar 50g
cream of tartar 1/4tsp

B.

egg yolk4

butter 50g

cake flour 50g

Corn flour 20g

mango yogurt 200g

 
~将A打至温性发泡
~The butter separated boiled dissolved + yogurt + egg yolk + all flour
~ ~Fold in half of the egg whites into the mixture and mix well. Then add in the other half and mix them evenly.

steam bake 150°c 下火20minutes然后改用上下火50minutes
