棉花牛油蛋糕





A.Butter 250 g (i use SCS butter)
sugar 80g

B.
egg yolk 4
evaporated creamer 1tbsp
vanilla essence1/4tsp 
self raising flour 200g


C
egg white4
sugar 80g 

cream of tartar 1/4tsp
 


~ (A) to fight until fluffy + egg yolk  + evaporated milk + vanilla essence + self raising flour stirring evenly

~Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy and then add in sugar and beat till stiff.

~Fold in half of the egg whites into the mixture and mix well. Then add in the other half and mix them evenly.
 

~steam bake 170c 50minutes
