德国酥饼

Ingredients
butter 250g 
icing sugar 80g
Potato Starch 250g 
  cake flour160g
~butter & icing sugar with a mixer and stir well.

~Potato starch & cake flour sifted, add mix into the dough.

~The dough bunched up into pellets, into the oven, with a fork then slightly press stripes.

~bake it 160c 15-20minutes
