home make cheesy wedge

自己做得跟外面卖的味道一样,哈哈 。外面卖很贵不如自己做,哈哈,又省了一笔。

====home make cheesy wedge recipe ====
Potato Wedges  ( fried to Golden yellow colour)

====cheese sauce recipe ====

cheddar cheese (slice or block) 200g (i use slice 250g, 6 slice)
butter 1tbsp 
all purpose flour 1tbsp (i use cake flour)
milk 125g ( i use 160g) 
Yogurt 2tbsp 

method:

1. Fry wedges to cook. Set aside.
2. Heat non-stick pan. Melt butter and add flour. Mix well.
3. Put the milk and stir until thickened.
4. Put the cheese slice or block  and stir until cheese melts.
5. Put the yogurt  and stir well to good concentration.

**last squeeze the cheese sauce and little mayonnaise 



** i use bega brand's cheedar cheese

cheese layer cup cake

话说这个蛋糕真的很好吃 ,给个 (y) like
本来不要做的,手痒就动手做拉~
要拿食谱的,请便,要分享的时候请注明在那里拿的,不要copy and paste偷食铺

本来这蛋糕是一粒6寸的,我却把它变成cup cake ><
最后多手在上面放了一点rum酒&cheese作装饰

食谱来之(google的)我忘了 ><
我只记在头脑~

A->cream cheese 250g 炼奶6tbsp
B->milk 10g
C->cheese biscuit (Appropriate)
D->milk(appropriate)

1.把A打发,加入B打到滑
2.把(C)放在(D)里大概10秒取出,不要放太久,怕饼干烂了,我放5秒
3.一层饼干,一层cheese湖直到作完
4.放进冰箱4个小时即可

 Ingredients :bread flour(面包粉) 500g 面包粉
sugar(糖) 80g
salt (盐)8g
milk powder(奶粉) 20g
yeast (酵母)10g
egg(鸡蛋) 1
cold water/milk (冷水/牛奶)220ml
butter (牛油)80g

METHOD:



1.all ingredients put into bread maker..or mixer(把所有材料,包括牛油放进面包机里或者mixer里)




2.knead like a dough..must knead until the dough elastic and smooth (把面团打成面团...必须打到面团有弹性及光滑)



3.the dough must knead until can pull like this..like roti canai (面团一定要打到可以拉到这样,好像roti canai 那样)

4.ferment 1hours (发酵1个小时)


5.exhaust (排气)






6.Divide the dough into 50g pieces and form into rounds

7.put some cheddar cheese&sugar before bake


Ham Cheese Bun






8.put some mozerella cheese/cheddar cheese&mayonis before bake

9.bake at 180c 10~15minutes

cotton light cheese cake





IngredientsA:
cream cheese 250g
whipping cream 200g
butter 60g

 IngredientsB:
egg yolk 6

cake flour 60g
corn flour 20g

Ingredients C:
egg white 6
sugar 120g

METHOD:

 1.place the cream cheese&butter&whipping cream heating water stir until smooth
 2.add in the egg yolk mix well.


 3.sift in the flour and mix well

 4.use a mixer to beat the egg white with sugar ..



5.beat like this..beat until the egg white like the photo.

6.fold in half of the egg whites into the mixture mix well.

7.mix well like this.




8.fill in the mixtures into 8/9inch pan
9.steam bake ,160c bake 20minutes..then use 150c bake 20minutes

potato bread





 recipe by :Agnes Chang (I Can Bake)

Ingredients:
(A)
bread flour 350g (sifted)
salt 1/2tsp
milk powder 2tbsp
instant yeast 1tbsp
sugar 70g
bread improver 1tbsp (optional)

(B)boiled potatoes,peeled and mashed 150g
egg 1
water used to boil the potatoes 80g

(C)butter(softened) 75g

Glazing
1egg,lightly beaten with
salt 1/8tsp

Topping
instant custard powder 2tbsp ,
mixed with water

Method:



~mashed into the mud with a fork
 ~Ingredients A Knead until like a dough
                              ~knead like this,Then add in butter continue mix until the dough is fully developed


~add ingredients (C) knead for about 10minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic,fully developed


~
Ferment for 1 hour or until double size

~
after 1hour

                                             ~Sprinkle some flour




   ~Divide the dough into 50g pieces and form into rounds



     ~Ferment for 1 hour or until double size
~Glaze the tops with beaten egg
~put the topping into a piping bag
~pipe custard crosses on each round
~Bake in  a pre-heated oven at 200c for about 15-20minutes until cooked and golden brown. Remove from the oven,leave the bread on a wire rack to cool


Note:The boiled potati and the water used for boiling,make a very good rising agent.Adding this into the bread dough helps it rise better.

hazelnut & walnut chocolate chip

Ingredients

butter 170g (softed)
brown sugar 100g
vanilla extract 1tsp
egg 1
flour 200g(sifted)
cornflour 70g(sifted)
milkpowder 30g(sifted)
cocoa powder 2tsp (sifted)
chocolate chip 150g
hazelnut 100g (chop)
walnut 100g (chop)

1.butter + brown sugar beat with high-speed .beat until the mixture fluffy .
2.add in the vanilla extract and egg mix well.
3.add in the flour mix well.
4.add in the chocolate chip &hazelnut and the walnut mix well.
5.take a small amount dough ,make a round shape ,squash
6.bake it 160c 20-25minutes

pandan chiffon cake

Ingredients (for 20cm chiffon cake tin)

Ingredients A
egg yolk 5
sugar 30g
pandan juice 75ml
cornoil 40g
cake flour 80g


Ingredients B
egg white 5
sugar 50g
cream of tartar 1/4tsp

~To separate the egg white & egg yolk





1.whisk egg yolk.Add in sugar mix well .add in cornoil&pandan juice mix well.

~sift in flour into egg yolk mixture





~beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy and then add in sugar and beat till stiff









~fold in half of the egg whites into the mixture and mix well.then add in the other half and mix them evenly.




 

~fill the mixture in to the 20cm chiffon cake tin .


~bake at preheated oven at 140c 40minutes.


 

~Invert mould immediately to cool
