chocolate sponge cake

Ingredients (for 8inch)

Ingredients A

egg yolk 5

caster sugar 50g

milk 80g

cornoil 60g

cake flour 130g

cocoa powder 30g

baking powder 1/2tsp

vanilla extract 1/4tsp



Ingredients B
 

egg white 5

caster sugar 100g

cream of tartar 1/4tsp



Method

1.Whisk egg yolk . Add in caster sugar &vanilla extract & milk and oil mix well.
2. Sift in flour  into the egg yolk mixture.
3. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy and then add in sugar and beat till stiff
4. Fold in half of the egg whites into the mixture and mix well.
   Then add in the other half and mix them evenly.
5. Fill the mixture into the 8 inch pan.
6. Bake at preheated oven at 150c for 45mins. Invert mould immediately to cool

pizza




 

ingredients

~Pizza Dough

Bread Flour 250g

Cold Water 140ml

Instant Yeast 1 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Sugar 5g

Butter 2 tbs


 ~All ingredients Knead until not sticky hands

 ~knead like this..knead until the dough membrane

 ~knead until the dough membrane(like this pictures)

 ~~ Ferment for 1 hour or until double size

 ~After one hour

 ~Sprinkle some flour

~Exhaust

~ separate two

 ~Spheronization

 ~Plug a few holes with a fork

  ~Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pizza base and add topping ingredients of your choice.

 ~Put mozzarella cheese

 ~bake at 180-200c about 15minutes.

马铃薯奶油餐包

Ingredients (for 8pcs)

Ingredients A:
Mashed potatoes 100g
bread flour 200g
cake flour 50g
yeast 1/2tsp
salt 1/4tsp
sugar 20g
milk/water 100ml
unsalted butter 20g

Ingredients B:
unsalted butter 60g

Ingredients C: 
Egg mixture  (right amount)


~Peeled and diced potatoes, steamed until soft, pressed into the mud with a fork


~Ingredients A(except unsalted butter)Knead until not sticky hands

~knead like this,Then add in butter continue mix until the dough is fully developed
~knead until the dough membrane(like this pictures)

~ Ferment for 1 hour or until double size



~After one hour

 ~separate 70g each 
~Spheronization







~ Ferment for 1 hour or until double size
 ~Beat an egg
 ~Coated with the egg mixture
 ~Bake until golden brown 150c-160c for18~20minutes







chocolate ice cream


材料:
巧克力牛奶 - 400ml (你也可以用自己喜欢的口味- vanilla, strawberry..)
granulated sugar - 40g 
coffee mate - 200g
cocoa powder - 2tsp
gelatin - 5g


做法:
1. 先把gelatin加适量冷水,搅拌均匀后拿去隔水加
2.
granulated sugarcoffee mate过筛后,加入巧克力牛奶,加入过筛的cocoa powder,用打蛋器稍微搅拌均匀,加入融化好的gelatin, 搅拌均匀,把它们过滤2次,你会看到泡泡减少了
3. 把盆子盖上保鲜纸,放入冰箱结冰处,冷藏大约4个小时
4. 4个小时后将盆子拿出,雪糕还没成固体,边缘有点硬了,但中间还水水的
5. 用打蛋器以中速打发,大约15分钟,再用手稍微搅拌均匀,减少泡泡,再放入冰箱结冰处
6.放入冰箱结冰处,冷藏5个小时以上,就可以了^^

Peanut butter chocolate chips

This recipe yields 30 - 40 small cookies
Ingredients: 

105g castor sugar
57g butter, unsalted
45g corn oil
1 egg
1/4 tbsp milk
128g all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
80g chocolate chip
40g peanut butter


~ The ingredients. Preheat the oven to 175 degree Celsius.
~Add the butter to the sugar.
~Add the oil and add the vanilla extract and milk.
~Add the egg and whisk well!
~Add in the flour.
~Add in the salt,baking powder
~Mix well.It should be a dry mix.
~Add in the chocolate chip and stir well.
~Add the peanut butter.
~Stir the cookie batter gently.
~Scoop them on a piece of greaseproof paper and leave sufficient gap between each cookie to allow it to expand. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes or till' cookies are cooked.
~The cookies! ((: Allow to cool before removing from greaseproof paper to prevent breakage.

**The biscuit after baking, is soft, etc. After 15-20 minutes, it will harden

 ~happy baking~

厚片吐司 1片
奶油 少许
砂糖 少许







1.在吐司表面切上交叉错格纹线




2.均匀的抹上1层奶油

3.洒上适量的砂糖

 4.送进烤箱 160c 6~7分钟,即可.
