 Ingredients :bread flour(面包粉) 500g 面包粉
sugar(糖) 80g
salt (盐)8g
milk powder(奶粉) 20g
yeast (酵母)10g
egg(鸡蛋) 1
cold water/milk (冷水/牛奶)220ml
butter (牛油)80g

METHOD:



1.all ingredients put into bread maker..or mixer(把所有材料,包括牛油放进面包机里或者mixer里)




2.knead like a dough..must knead until the dough elastic and smooth (把面团打成面团...必须打到面团有弹性及光滑)



3.the dough must knead until can pull like this..like roti canai (面团一定要打到可以拉到这样,好像roti canai 那样)

4.ferment 1hours (发酵1个小时)


5.exhaust (排气)






6.Divide the dough into 50g pieces and form into rounds

7.put some cheddar cheese&sugar before bake


Ham Cheese Bun






8.put some mozerella cheese/cheddar cheese&mayonis before bake

9.bake at 180c 10~15minutes
